Acceptance of Terms
By using the Miqat Gate website or contracting our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting any request.
Our Services
Miqat Gate provides Umrah-related services including visa facilitation, reception, transport, accommodation, catering and guidance. Service scope, dates and prices are defined in the agreement or booking confirmation issued for each request.
Bookings & Payments
Requests are confirmed only after written confirmation from our team. Prices are quoted per request and may vary by season. Payment terms, including deposits and deadlines, are stated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the policies of hotels, carriers and authorities involved. We always communicate the applicable policy clearly before confirmation, and we work to minimize any costs when changes are unavoidable.
Pilgrim Responsibilities
Pilgrims must provide accurate personal and travel information, hold valid travel documents, comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the instructions of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and respect the sanctity of the holy sites.
Liability
We exercise professional care in selecting and coordinating all service providers. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide and does not extend to delays or failures caused by force majeure, airlines or governmental decisions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably first, and otherwise by the competent courts in Makkah.
